Booking Payment:

These Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information. It is essential that you read them carefully and understand them.

1. All bookings are made with inepalhotels.com  (hereinafter referred to as The Company)

2. The term “room” used in these web site and booking conditions refers to all rooms described on this website including those which might otherwise be known as accommodation.

3. To process a Booking you must send us a completed booking form with 100% booking amount occurred. Any bank or credit card service charges should be paid by customer.

Cancellation & Refund:

By the customer:

1. There won't be cancellation charge prior to 3 days of the arrival date. If cancellation request is received within 3 days period, will incur 1st night charges. In case of failing to show up in hotel or request cancellation no refund will be given.

By the inepalhotels.com:

1. inepalhotels.com reserves the right to cancel any booking incase of non or fraudulent payment without any notice.

Passport and Visas:

You are responsible for obtaining and paying for all visas and entry documents and other requirements documents required by laws, regulations, orders and or requirements of the countries you will visit. You must carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas.  Please ensure your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is recommended you have a minimum of three blank pages in your passport when traveling. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas for the countries you are traveling to. If you lack the correct visa documentation inepalhotels.com won’t be responsible in any manner.

Assumption of Risk:

We are committed to providing the best services, however rooms and services are provided by individual hotels and accommodation provider may vary. Please confirm details before booking.

Customers Acceptation:

The customer declares to understand and accept the conditions described in this page, and such acknowledgment will be reconfirmed by any of the following events:
1. Payment of the hired services by any means of payment.
2. Reception of the receipt for the aforementioned services.
3. Using any of the parts of the services that have been hired.
